HUSCH is a label and showroom founded in 2022 by the artist and goldsmith Karin Hueber and the product designer David Schäublin.
We develop and distribute jewelry and functional objects as small series and one-offs. We invite guests with a focus on art and design to present their work. And we host events and workshops to support and promote dynamic exchange and the development of new ideas. The joy of the creative process is at the heart of our work which is characterized by an experimental approach and interdisciplinary dialogue.
Karin Hueber develops jewelry, organizes the showroom and leads workshops. The conceptual inquiries of her sculptural work resonate in these functional pieces, conceived not merely as accessories but as statements on wearability, bodily presence, and shifting perception. David Schäublin designs furniture and lighting objects.
Our showroom is constantly being redesigned by ourselves. Built from new and existing materials, it serves as both a display and a sales object - for example for lamps, stools or shelves.
The showroom is open once a month on Fridays/Saturdays or by appointment. Curated presentations are created regularly - as a place for encounters, exchange and inspiration.

Wir entwickeln und verkaufen Schmuck und funktionale Objekte als Kleinserien und Unikate. Ausserdem laden wir immer wieder Gäste mit einem Fokus auf Kunst und Design ein, ihre Arbeiten zu präsentieren. Wir bieten Veranstaltungen und Workshops an, um einen dynamischen Austausch und neue Ideen zu fördern. Im Zentrum unserer Arbeit stehen die Freude am kreativen Prozess, der sich durch einen experimentellen Ansatz und interdisziplinären Dialog auszeichnet.
Karin Hueber entwickelt Schmuck, organisiert den Showroom und leitet Workshops. Die konzeptionellen Fragestellungen ihrer bildhauerischen Arbeit finden ihren Widerhall in diesen funktionalen Stücken, die nicht nur als Accessoires, sondern als Aussagen über Tragbarkeit, körperliche Präsenz und veränderte Wahrnehmung konzipiert sind. David Schäublin entwirft Möbel und Lichtobjekte.
Unser Showroom wird laufend von uns selbst neugestaltet. Aus neuen und bestehenden Materialien gebaut, dient er zugleich als Display und Verkaufsobjekt – beispielsweise für Leuchten, Hocker oder Regale.
Der Showroom ist einmal im Monat freitags/samstags oder nach Vereinbarung geöffnet. Regelmässig entstehen kuratierte Präsentationen – als Ort der Begegnung, des Austauschs und der Inspiration.

We are offering Workshops:
WORKSHOP JEWELRY - LOST WAX CASTING
E We offer workshops in designing, creating and waxing and help with the realisation from start to finish. You can immerse yourself in a different world for a few hours in our studio, get creative and produce your own piece. We are there every step of the way to help you create a ring or pendant. After completion in wax, we will take care of the finish. This means casting and finishing in metal (of your choice) in our studio. Material options: Silver AG925, gold AU750, brass, bronze, gold-plated. We also support Max Havelar Gold. The finished pieces of jewellery can be collected or dispatched within 3-4 weeks.
The workshop below is for a maximum of 6 people. It is also possible for private groups of e.g. 2 people. Please contact us to arrange a date.
D Wir bieten Workshops im Gestalten, Entwerfen und Waxbearbeiten an und helfen bei der Umsetzung von Anfang bis zum Ende. Du kannst in unserem Studio für ein paar Stunden in eine andere Welt eintauchen, dich kreativ betätigen und eigenes erschaffen. In allen Schritten sind wir dabei und unterstützen beim erstellen eines Ringes (breite bis 1cm), Anhängers (Durchmesser 3cm) oder Ohrsteckers. Nach der Fertigstellung in Wachs übernehmen wir den Finish. Das bedeutet, giessen lassen und Feinarbeit in Metall (nach deiner Wahl) in unserem Atelier. Materialmöglichkeiten: Silber AG925, Gold AU750, vergoldet. Auch Max Havelar Gold unterstützen wir. Die fertigen Schmuckstücke können innerhalb von 3-4Wochen abgeholt oder versendet werden.
Der untenstehende Workshop ist für max. 6 Personen. Möglich ist es auch für private Gruppen oder Kleingruppen von zB. 2 Personen. Kontaktieren sie uns dazu um ein Datum festzulegen.

WORKSHOPBEITRAG: CHF 280.00 inkl. Verbrauchsmaterial, externes giessen, Feinarbeit der gegossenen Stücke, Metall Silber AG925. Eine andere Metallpräferenz (Gold, Vergoldung) und Zusatzmaterial für Stecker oder Oesen wird zuätzlich verrechnet.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping: After placing your order you’ll receive a confirmation and invoice via email. Payment for the ordered goods shall be made in advance within 5 days to the bank account specified on the invoice issued.
All pieces are handmade and are produced to order. Therefore the calculated production time is about 14 days exl delivery time. Of course, we will try to send the items you have selected as quickly as possible.
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Whether within or outside Switzerland.
Returns: Everything is made by hand, irregularities in the surface and shape are intentional. These imperfections are due to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a return.
Defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the items in order to be eligible for a return.
Returns due to changes of mind will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation: Orders must be cancelled via e-mail, within 24 hours of receiving order confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled after this period.
Description: Made from a collection of broken and fallen branches from various regions of Switzerland. The shape is created by filing and sanding in our workshop. Can be used as a cooking ladle for risotto, for example.
